The process to become a Starnet member requires a company to send in profiles of the owners, upper management and select staff that have background in the industry. They must submit several years of company financials, proving stability. A company must also submit references by end users on projects completed as well as references from vendors they purchase materials from. Even after all that vetting, a company still must be voted in by the Starnet board and a membership can be taken away if the company fails to meet membership parameters.
When you become an official Starnet member, you are representing the highest standards of excellence within the flooring industry for sales, specification, multi-surface installation, fabrication, and maintenance.
