Eastport-South Manor Junior-Senior High School building holds students within grades 7-12. It was built when Eastport and Manorville school districts merged. The school continues to develop new traditions and seeks to provide all students with access to a rigorous academic foundation and the skills needed to be successful in the 21st Century. The newly renovated 2,400 sq. ft. boardroom hosts PTA and school meetings. Milburn Flooring worked closely with the administration to capture their ideas and promote school spirit. Their staff wanted the new flooring to look unique. The sub-floor was self- leveled prior to the installation and the final floor design displays Mannington LVT product that is part of Milburn’s Quick Ship Program. Blue boarders were used to mark the seating area for the public and a blue extension that directs foot traffic in and out of the room. The Eastport-South Manor shark logo was rendered by Milburn Flooring. A 5’x5’ waterjet was created and installed central to where the board members sit. This custom design was a joint effort between Milburn’s design team and the Eastport-South Manor school district.
