The cafeteria at Wantagh High School underwent a major upgrade, transforming a high-traffic student dining area spanning over 5,000 square feet. The project was designed to improve durability, functionality, and visual appeal in one of the most frequently used spaces in the building.
The scope included the installation of new commercial-grade flooring built to withstand daily foot traffic and ongoing maintenance demands common in educational environments. To elevate the design, a herringbone-patterned tile wall with yellow accent tiles was incorporated, tying in the school’s colors and creating a bold focal point that makes the space pop.
With materials selected for long-term performance, safety, and ease of maintenance, the finished cafeteria delivers a clean, modern environment optimized for daily student use.
